Rupert Smedley Bsc MIET has been a Boat Safety Scheme examiner since 2003 and is an executive member of ABSSE (The Association of BSS Examiners).
Qualified to examine all classes of boat, including hire boats and those let out or used commercially. Rupert has particular experience of examining historic boats.
Please note that Rupert is not Gas Safe registered so residential boats will require a bubble tester to be fitted.
Rupert is based in Staffordshire and is happy to travel to neighbouring counties, or further afield by arrangement.
